Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, payroll, learning and development of employee relations;
• Work closely with Line Managers in any HR related matters;
• Support overseas operations with recruitment, training activities, staff development and implementation of policies and procedures;
• Assist in planning, developing and implementing HR & Admin policies, procedures and processes in alignment with company’s philosophy;
• Perform the role of Admin Manager in providing administrative support and office management to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Handle ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in general HR & Administration;
• Highly motivated team player with strong drive for success and the ability to work under pressure;
• Can do attitude and maturity in dealing with adverse situations;
• Quick learner, ability to multi task in fast paced environment;
• Strong initiatives, well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills;
• Confidence to handle external parties independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with staff at all levels;
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred
