Job Description
As a team lead, you will be expected to lead the development cycle for our projects. You will be designing solutions that work across devices, & browsers. Inculcate best practices into developers, conduct code-reviews and conduct the daily SCRUM. Drive innovation by getting developers involved into evaluations of emerging frameworks, participation in technology blogs and conferences.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience in building end-to-end modern web applications (client and server) with multi-browser, multi-device support. Strong fundamentals in client-server architecture, HTML, HTTP, and CSS are a must.
• Strong Fundamental Web Concepts.
• Strong fundamental programming skills, OOPS concepts.
• Should have very good understanding of web technologies (XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc.)
• In depth knowledge of advanced JavaScript programming including concepts like closures, prototype chains, and design patterns. Experience with various JavaScript frameworks likes JQuery, Backbone, Sencha, YUI etc.
• Strong fundamentals of architectural and code design e.g. MVC, Templating.
• Experience in HTML5/CSS3 will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic PHP scripting will be an added advantage.
• A keen design eye will be an added advantage.
