Responsibilities:
As a Solution Architect & Project Manager at Novosol, your key responsibilities will be to design and architect Telco grade applications, project manager product development and platforms evolution. Also expect the chaos and adhoc responsibilities of a start-up.

Required skills:

1. 7 – 10 years total experience, of which 5 years experience of mobile VAS and Telco applications development ;
2. Proven Project Management experience using Agile methods;
3. Hands on skills with Java, Tomcat, MySQL, Apache, RubyonRail are must. LAMP/WAMP application stacks, XHTML & HTML5 are pluses;
4. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of implementing WAP, MMS, SMS and mobile video, IVR technologies;
5. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of implementing short codes and Telco integration; IVR, SMS and mobile internet tariffs, and different billing methods for IVR, SMS and mobile internet including subscription and pay-as-you go packages;
6. Experience of developing functional and technical specifications. E-R Modeling and Database design;
7. Experience of selecting and contracting vendors/suppliers, including issuing RFPs and negotiating SLAs;
8. Experience of managing mobile technology vendors and employees;
9. Experience of developing and negotiating commercial relationships with aggregators and mobile operators;
10. Excellent communication skills essential, both written and verbal.
