Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design database applications.
2) Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture.
3) Defining standards for database development, security, availability, replication, storage and configuration management.
4) Knowledge of MySQL clustering,
5) Integration and maintenance of large databases.
6) Defining and maintaining best practices for database architecture and operations.
7) Experience in design, implementation & optimization of complex database schemas.
8) Ability to assist data base programmers in optimizing overall performance of application.
9) Knowledge of latest technologies and tools available for improving the overall performance of the application.
10) Good understanding of development Life-cycle Methodologies.
11) Good skills in Threading, Serialization, Security, performance optimization and normalization.
12) Performance Tuning and optimization of databases.
13) Monitoring and Maintenance of at least 10 or more Database servers.
