ABOUT THE ROLE:
Job Description
➔ Research and create personalized and insightful content for social media and email campaigns, and related marketing collaterals like corporate brochures, etc.
➔ Be vigilant to put the customer first while positioning content and eliminate language that is general or verbose
➔ Employ strong research skills to monitor competitors and industry-relevant trends to position our messaging and content
➔ Recommend potential marketing forums/channels/avenues and suggest implementation strategies that meet marketing and content goals
➔ Track, analyze, and periodical reports on marketing campaigns and social media channel performance (including SEO and Marketing Analytics projects)
➔ Come up with creative campaign ideas and plan execution across channels
➔ Manage day-to-day operation of email marketing and automation programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong grip on writing, language and communication-tone, voice, and grammar to augment storytelling
- Should be receptive to feedback and self-growth
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, coordination, and time-management skills
- Possess a strong eye for detail and have a knack to identify and filtering noise
- Positive and proactive mindset to understand and fulfill multiple content objectives
- Experience with social media; especially LinkedIn campaigns
- Not essential but a bonus: Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, SEMRUSH, SEO and any CRM/email marketing tools
