JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities:
� Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date financial records for the company's accounts.
� Monthly closure of books and preparation of various MIS.
� Preparation of annual financial statement as per Indian GAAP
� Ensuring full compliances of tax & other regulations like Income Tax Act, Goods & Service Tax Act, PF, PT ESIC etc. by timely payment of taxes and filing timely returns & reporting requirements.Follow up on tax refunds if any.
� Collaborate with Internal auditors, statutory auditor for Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit & GST Audit as may be applicable to ensure compliance with financial reportingrequirements.
� Treasury functions which include sending timely requests for funds, payment of utilities, vendors, payroll & ER payments & tax payments. Bank reconciliation and follow‐up on FIRCs.
� Maintain updated fixed assets register and depreciation accounting.
� Coordination for timely verification of assets & variance analysis and accounting.
� Collaborate for timely secretarial & ROC compliances.
� Ensuring FEMA rule and guidelines are compiled especially filing of FLA Return .
� Prepare SOP’s-Process documentation for Internal Audit
� Process documentation for ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)
� Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
� Chartered Accountant having 8+ years of post-qualification relevant experience
� Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA is preferable), excel & other MS Office tools.
� Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to minimize financial risk.
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
� Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills and attention to detail.
� Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances would be an added advantage.
� Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
