ABOUT THE ROLE:
Role Purpose:
Ensure delivery of IT Services & Resources to the point where they are needed – securely, reliably, accurately, cost-effectively, and timely. Scan new technologies and frame best-fit IT strategy roadmap for supporting present and upcoming business strategies.
It ensures the smooth functioning of all IT-related operations within the Organization and provides cutting-edge solutions to customers, thereby establishing PCBL as a credible and customer-friendly brand.
KRA:
- Plan and implement appropriate actions such that "Business Data" is secured and accessible in line with ISMS.
- Plan & implement a Disaster-Recover & Backup strategy for critical business data to ensure business continuity even in adverse situations of server/network crash or other emergency beyond control.
- To develop the IT operational & strategic budget for short & long terms and ensure the actual expenditure is as per budget.
- To continuously scan the technology horizon and prepare/revisit the IT strategy for best-fit technology, workforce, partner, training, and business & operation technology synergy.
Qualification:
Graduation- B.E/B/Tech (electronics and computer)
Certifications- ISMS/ISO27001/ISO9000/TS26949
Exp- 20 to 25 Years
Functional Skills- Domain Knowledge of Business/Plant Operation, Maintenance, PCL/SCADA, SAP ERP, Financial Acumen for IT Procurement, ROI CAPEX / OPEX planning, ISMS & related IT Security Expertise, Skill to Handle & Review Technology Partners, IT Infra & ERP Project Execution Experience, Customer Centricity for Business Customers
Must-Haves :
Education/qualification: B.E/Tech (Electronics/Computer)
The candidate has experience in handling managers/senior managers along with a team size of more than 20 members.
Experience in heading an IT operations
Should have Commercial Acumen.
Domain Knowledge of Business/Plant Operation.
Team Size handled: 15 - 20 members.
ISMS & related IT Security Certification.
Certifications- ISMS/ISO27001/ISO9000/TS26949
