About the position:
Designation: IT Recruiter (USA staffing)

Experience required- 2-5 years.

Reporting To:  Manager

Vacancy: 2

Interview Processes- 3 rounds of interview( 1st round video interview, 2nd round with reporting manager, 3rd round with management team)

In the office you will be from 12 pm to 5 pm then there will be a break of 3 hours. You resume work from 8 pm to 12 am

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Looking for dynamic candidates with 2-5 years of experience with the following attributes:

In-depth recruitment experience,

Must have a good grasp of the Recruitment life cycle.

Must have Excellent Business communication skills–spoken and written.

Build and Manage strong relationships with Recruitment Vendors/Sourcing Partners.

Prior experience in Vendor Management will help, though not mandatory.

Strong Data Management Skills - Must be familiar with XL functions like VlookUp, Hlookup, Pivot tables, etc.

Good organizational skills, comfortable with technology and new systems.

Behavioral Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong customer interfacing and relationship management skills.

Detail-orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Should be a quick learner with the ability to learn new tools

Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum supervision

High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment start-up environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go

What will your work involve?

Vendor management: Interaction with vendors to ensure consistent and optimum delivery.

Respond to vendor phone calls and e-mails on an immediate basis.

Analysis & Reporting:

Drawing out pivots/graphs to analyze current recruiting statistics for both vendors and customers.

Identify gaps and work closely with required stakeholders toward necessary solutions.

CBREX Platform Usage:

Working on the CBREX platform to facilitate a smooth hiring process for both vendors and clients

Customer Management:

Effectively following up with clients for selected candidates to ensure successful offer release & subsequent onboarding.

Work closely with all required stakeholders to drive customer success.

Work with team members to partner together and achieve individual, customer, and business goals

Must-Haves :

  1. Minimum 1.5 years experience in US IT Recruitment
  2. Data management skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Should be tech-savvy and good in Microsoft Office + PPT skills.
  5. Understanding of Client management and vendor management.
  6. Bangalore-based candidate - Hybrid working (3 days a week working from Office)
  7. Willing to work for US Clients from 12 pm- 12- am (In the office you will be from 12pm to 5 pm then there will be a break of 3 hours. You resume work from 8 pm to 12 am)
